Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) In the past three months, irregular exercise habits, less than three times a week to participate in moderate-intensity exercise, each time less than 20 minutes, assessed by the International Physical Activity Scale (IPAQ); (2)18-25 years old, right-handed, BMI: 18.5-23.9 kg/m2; (3) Normal vision or corrected vision; (4) No contraindications to exercise test, such as severe hypertension, heart disease, peripheral vascular disease, respiratory diseases, etc., were assessed by the Physical Activity Preparation Questionnaire (PAR-Q).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who participated in strenuous exercise 48 hours before the test; Intake of drugs and caffeine within 24 hours before the test; (2) color blindness; (3) Have a history of cognitive impairment, peripheral or nerve damage, stroke or transient ischemic attack, diabetes, epilepsy or other neurological diseases; (4) There are contraindications to fNIRS, such as head (outside the mouth) metal (such as shrapnel, surgical clips or welding or metal fragments) or sensitive scalp.
