Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically diagnosed as a malignant tumor of the head and neck requiring radiotherapy. 2. Basic condition stable, cognitive ability intact, able to complete the questionnaire; 3. =18 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient's condition progressed, and the questionnaire could not be completed
