Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged 18 to 65 years, ASA I-II, undergoing elective surgery with laryngeal mask insertion under general anesthesia; (2) Patients undergoing non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia for more than >30min; (3) There is no abnormal airway anatomy, and it is within four grades of Mahalanobis classification; (4) patients signed informed consent form, good compliance, late with postoperative follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who refused to be included in this study; (2) Patients with history or signs of intubation difficulty in preoperative evaluation; (3) Recent history of upper respiratory tract infection; (4) Patients with respiratory diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, emphysema or pulmonary edema; (5)Contraindications for the use of LMAs include a body mass index (BMI) of = 35 kg/m2, symptomatic hiatal hernia, or severe esophageal reflux disease;
