18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients with stroke symptoms confirmed by magnetic resonance imaging or computed tomography, (2) first unilateral lesion, duration > 2 weeks, (3) age between 18-80 years, (4) lower limb motor dysfunction, (5) voluntary informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) history of seizures, or pregnancy (2) patients with cognitive impairment, (3) cerebellar or brainstem stroke, (4) intracranial metal device or skull defect, (5) patients with cardiac pacemaker, and (6) patients without lower limb dysfunction due to other diseases (e.g. Parkinson's disease)
