Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A: Diagnostic criteria for severe neurocognitive impairment in DSM-5 for AD diagnosis. Possible diagnostic criteria for AD dementia in the NIA-AA Alzheimer's disease diagnostic guidelines working group B: MMSE score: junior high school and above education = 24 points, primary school education = 21 points, illiterate = 17 points C: Head computed tomography (CT) showed brain atrophy without any other organic lesions; D: The course of the disease is>6 months; E: The total score of the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) is = 17 points; F: Hachinsky's (HACH) ischemic index<4 points; G: Check blood, urine, biochemical routine, thyroid function test, syphilis antibody and titer, HIV antibody, blood vitamin B12 and folic acid concentration, chest X-ray, electrocardiogram, and exclude dementia caused by other diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: For both patients and control groups, it is necessary to exclude known biological variables that affect copper metabolism and oxidative stress, including diabetes, Parkinson's disease, acute inflammatory disease, recent heart or respiratory failure, chronic liver or renal failure, malignant tumor, severe anemia, as well as recent alcohol abuse history, new stroke history within one month, focal neurological signs, severe subcortical white matter lesions Patients with neck and intracranial artery stenosis or occlusion, or severe heart disease, with significant hemodynamic significance.
