Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age= 65 years old 2. The duration of the operation> 1 hour 3. Non-cardiac surgery 4 Non-neurosurgical procedures 5. Obtain informed consent from patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Severe visual, auditory or speech impairment 2. Perioperative impairment of consciousness caused by other causes 3. History of alcoholism or drug dependence 4. History of mental illness 5. Terminal diseases, etc 6. Patients who are judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for participating in this study
