Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary membranous nephropathy, with a follow-up period of no less than 6 months. 40 cases were included in the group with early segmental lesions (EFSL+), 40 cases with FSGS lesions (FSGS+), and 40 cases without early segmental lesions and FSGS lesions (FSL -). Select normal kidney tissue around the pathological kidney tumor resection specimen that is relatively unaffected as a control.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclude patients with secondary glomerular membrane diseases such as HBV, HCV related, autoimmune diseases, tumors, drugs, and also exclude patients with non virus related membrane nephropathy and diabetes associated with HBV and HCV viruses. Exclude patients with less than 8 intact glomeruli in pathological sections.
