Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old 2. Receiving any DOACs (dabigatran, rivaroxaban, apixaban and edoxaban) for atrial fibrillation 3. Follow up in out-patient clinic in Queen Mary Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age <18 years old 2. Patients who are followed up irregularly in out-patient clinic in Queen Mary Hospital 3. Clinical information is incomplete 4. Non-Chinese
