18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Preoperative consideration of bile duct disease requires ERCP and oral cholangiopancreaticoscope diagnosis and treatment, with successful deep catheterization of the guide wire bile duct 2) First ERCP treatment 3) Age 18-80 4) Subjects voluntarily participate in this experiment and sign an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) After upper gastrointestinal reconstruction surgery 2) Formation of biliary duodenal fistula 3) Heart, lung, or liver failure 4) Emergency ERCP treatment 5) Unable to cooperate with relevant serological, imaging, or surgical procedures
