18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Elective gynecological laparoscopy surgery under general anesthesia is planned b) ASA ? ~ II c) Patients are conscious and actively cooperated with the study d) Agree to participate in the clinical trial and sign the informed consent voluntarily e) Age 18-65 years old f) No abnormality in blood coagulation, blood routine, biochemical examination and electrocardiogram before operation g) Body mass index (BMI) 18–28kg/m^2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Allergic to esketamine b) Severe cardiac or pulmonary dysfunction c) Severe hepatic or renal dysfunction d) Severe risk of elevated blood pressure or intracranial pressure e) Patients with poorly controlled or untreated hypertension (arterial hypertension, resting systolic/diastolic blood pressure over 180/100 MMHG); f) Patients with untreated or undertreated hyperthyroidism (hyperthyroidism) g) Long-term use of sedative analgesics h) Patients who have a history of mental illness I) Participated in a clinical trial for nearly three months
