18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with advanced malignant solid tumors aged 18-75 years; 2) Patients with proteinuria =1g/24 hours (albuminuria grade 2 and above in CTCAE 5) after being treated with anti-angiogenesis drug (including TKI or monoclonal antibody), and did not fall below 1g/24 hours after a 4-week treatment with ARB or ACEI.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with type I diabetes 2) Patients with moderate to severe renal insufficiency (eGFR<45ml/min) or end-stage renal function undergoing dialysis; 3) Patients with severe liver function injury; 4) Patients with recurrent genitourinary infection and polycystic kidney disease; 5) Patients with uncorrected hypovolemia; 6) Patients with uncontrolled hypertension; 7) Patients with severe allergy to the experimental drug.
