Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of case group: 1) Age =18 years old, =50 years old, regardless of gender; 2) Patients with anterior cruciate ligament tear confirmed by imaging or intraoperative microscopy and ACL reconstruction surgery performed by the same surgeon more than 2 years after surgery; 4) The patient gave informed consent and signed the informed consent, which met the requirements of GCP.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of anterior cruciate ligament surgery; 2) Patients with other serious knee joint injuries (medial collateral ligament rupture, posterior cruciate ligament injury, patella dislocation, cartilage III-IV injury, etc.) or other sports injuries that seriously affect motor function; 3) Have other serious primary cardiovascular diseases, lung diseases, endocrine and metabolic diseases or serious diseases affecting their survival; 4) Patients with severe neurological and mental diseases 5) patients with metal, heart and nerve pacemakers in the body.
