Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged =18 years, 19=BMI(kg/m2)=29 2, ASA?~? level 3. Scheduled thoracotomy or thoracoscopic surgery requiring single lung ventilation (OLV). 4. Enrolled patients with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA level III or above 2, emergency surgery, 3. Severe respiratory diseases, such as severe obstructive or restrictive lung disease, massive hemoptysis, known moderate to severe pulmonary hypertension, severe pulmonary infection, and abnormal airway anatomy. 4. Difficulty in mask ventilation was found after induction of anesthesia 5. Patients who refused to enroll 6. Oral and facial trauma, active oral bleeding, and severe tooth loosening. 7. Pregnancy
