Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>18 years old; 2. Diagnosed as stable angina, silent myocardial ischemia, unstable angina, non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction, or ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (>7 days from onset); 3. De novo coronary lesion; 4. Coronary artery calcium score (calculated by the Agatston method) >200 derived from the non-contrast chest computerized tomography scanned before the index procedure; 5. Planned to receive invasive coronary angiography; 6. Reference vessel diameter as 2.5-4.0mm of target lesion by visual estimation; 7. Lesions requiring excimer laser coronary atherectomy according to the operator’s judgement during the procedure; 8. Written consent acquired from the participant or his/her authorized agent before entering the study; 9. Willingness to adhere with the whole study procedure
