Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) There is an iris trabecular contact (ITC) of = 180, and there is no peripheral anterior synechia (PAS) and elevated intraocular pressure; (2) No optic nerve damage; (3) There is no obvious contraindication for operation and the whole body is in good condition; (4) Age: 45-70 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) According to the diagnosis system of angle-closure glaucoma in China, patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma were diagnosed as grand attack stage, chronic progressive stage and absolute stage; (2) Secondary glaucoma caused by other ophthalmic diseases or trauma; (3) Patients with cataract; (4) Other eye history, eye injury history and eye surgery history; (5) those who cannot cooperate with the inspectors; (6) One of the above situations will be excluded.
