18 Years to 28 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Male, aged 18 years and above, with a body fat rate of 15-25%; (2) Normal cognition, no walking disorders or joint restrictive diseases; (3) The subjects currently do not have any malignant diseases, immunodeficiency diseases, cardiovascular, pulmonary, or metabolic diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals who underwent surgery, electronic device or metal object implantation within the 4 months prior to participating in this study; (2) Having used anabolic hormones such as steroids; (3) Having a smoking habit; (4) Participate in dietary intervention related experiments within 4 months prior to participating in this study; (5) Allergies to protein foods; (6) Have a habit of resistance training (conducted at least three times a week for 6 consecutive months).
