Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 primiparas, 2 newborns were admitted to the department of Neonatology because of various diseases, mother and infant were separated, 3 informed consent, willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 newborn malformation, 2 newborn in danger, 3 primipara with mental disorder who can not communicate
