Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female aged >= 18 years old 2. Registered and admitted to the hospital during the investigation 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria of the International Classification of Diseases (11th Edition) for coronary heart disease 4. Subjects who understand the purpose of the research and voluntarily sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Experiencing a terminal or poor health condition that incapable to finish the questionnaire 2.Incompetent level of Chinese language skills 3.Past history of depression, anxiety or other mental disorders
