Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Between the ages of 18-30; 2: No previous regular exercise habits; 3: Subjects volunteered to participate in the experiment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: With symptoms of hypertension, cardiovascular disease, diabetes; 2: Presence of bone and joint problems; 3: Feeling chest discomfort, dizziness and fainting after exercise
