Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 60 patients aged = 18 years old undergoing knee arthroscopic meniscectomy under general anesthesia combined with nerve block, with ASA grading of I-II and BMI of 18-40kg/m ²
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patient Rejection? Previous history of severe heart disease, including coronary heart disease, congenital heart disease, moderate to severe heart valve disease, and arrhythmia? History of cerebrovascular disease? History of Embolism? Hemodynamic instability? Abnormal liver and kidney function? Allergies to local anesthetics
