Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for IBS-C; (2) Between the ages of 18 and 65, regardless of gender; (3) Voluntarily accept treatment with this drug and sign an informed consent form, which complies with the relevant provisions of GCP.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system diseases, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, or serious diseases (such as tumors) that affect their survival and mental patients; (2) Pregnant or preparing pregnant or lactating women; (3) Suspected or with a history of alcohol or drug abuse; (4) Individuals with cognitive impairment who cannot receive sufficient informed consent; (5) Patients who have participated in other clinical trials within the past month; (6) Patients who have undergone abdominal surgery within 6 months; (7) Individuals with general or special contraindications to physical therapy provided; (8) Researchers believe that there are patients with unsuitable factors for inclusion; (9) Patients who have been using various antibiotics and probiotics in the past month.
