18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) met the diagnostic criteria for primary dysmenorrhea; (2) female athletes aged 18-35 years; (3) premenstrual pain intensity =4 points (0-10 VAS scores) ; (4) had premenstrual pain symptoms for at least 6 months; (5) not pregnant or not planning to become pregnant during the study period; (6) no serious heart, liver, kidney, nervous system, endocrine system diseases; (7) has not used analgesics or other drugs or methods for the treatment of PDM in the past 4 weeks; (8) is willing to follow the study protocol and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) the presence of reproductive system diseases (such as uterine fibroids, endometriosis) or other serious diseases, (2) the occurrence of serious adverse reactions or complications during the course of the study, (3) the inability to complete the treatment plan during the course of the study; (4) failure to comply with the study protocol or loss of follow-up contact.
