Interventions

Intervention group:In addition to routine prenatal and postnatal care, participants will receive macro-, meso-, and micro-systems interventions based on social-ecological systems theory.
Control group:The control group will receive routine prenatal outpatient follow-up and postnatal care.

18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women who (1) are aged 18 to 36 years, (2) 28 to 35 weeks of gestation, (3) singleton pregnancy, (4) with basic literacy skills and no barriers to communication, (5) able to use smartphones, (6) informed consent from pregnant women and their families and voluntary participation in this study will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women (1) with serious contraindications to breastfeeding, such as acute infectious diseases, infection with AIDS, syphilis; (2) mammary gland insufficiency, breast surgeries such as mastopexy; or (3) with serious mental illness are excluded.
