Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Singleton pregnant women who intend to have regular prenatal examination, delivery and join the mother-child cohort in our hospital; The age ranged from 18 to 35 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who have a history of hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes mellitus, hepatitis, nephritis, gastrointestinal diseases (such as chronic gastritis, enteritis, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer), infectious diseases (such as hepatitis, tuberculosis), cardiovascular diseases or endocrine diseases will be excluded. Additionally, pregnant patients with abnormal fasting blood glucose levels detected during the first trimester and those who have taken antibiotics within one month before sampling will also be excluded.
