Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) persons aged 60 years and above; (2) can recall falls within the past year; (3) live in the community for at least one year, and will not leave the community within six months; (4) No cognitive impairment, normal communication and understanding ability; (5) being able to walk normally independently or with a walker; (6) Sign informed consent, voluntarily and persistently cooperate with the completion of this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Excluding those with cognitive disabilities, the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) scored no less than 24 points; (2) Exclude patients with severe lower extremity diseases or lower extremity surgery, and patients with severe osteoporosis; (3) Exclude people with serious heart, brain, blood vessels, lungs and other organ diseases.
