Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)They are between 18 and 75 years old (2)Patients with primary or metastatic lesions clearly indicated TNBC by immunohistochemistry (3)Metastatic disease confirmed by clinical, imaging, histological or cytological examination (4)Patients who had not received any rescue treatment before enrollment and met the requirements for first-line chemotherapy with T/TP (5)At least one measurable lesion according to the Solid Tumor Response Evaluation Criteria (RECIST) 1.1 (6)Expected survival =3 months (7)ECOG score 0-2 points (8) All patients had understanding and cognitive abilities, were able to answer the questionnaire independently, agreed to participate in the study, and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)Pregnant or lactating woman. (2)Received axial bone radiation therapy within 4 weeks before enrollment. (3)Received experimental drug therapy within 4 weeks before enrollment (4)Suffering from central system diseases with symptoms (5)Heart, liver, kidney insufficiency
