18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)College students aged 18 to 30 years old; 2)BDI score greater than or equal to 14 points; 3)No prior experience of regular meditation or mindfulness exercises; 4)having a good command of the Chinese language; 5)Obtain informed consent from patients and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Being in a period of severe psychological disorders; 2)not being in any concurrent treatment for depression; 3)Serious physical or mental illness, history of alcohol addiction or substance abuse.
