Interventions

TPVB with 3ml/L:Continuous ultrasound-guided thoracic paravertebral block(3ml/L), and MRI was applied.
TPVB with 5ml/L:Continuous ultrasound-guided thoracic paravertebral block(5ml/L), and MRI was applied.
TPVB with 7ml/L:Continuous ultrasound-guided thoracic paravertebral block(7ml/L), and MRI was applied.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age?=18 years and =80 years diagnosed with thoracic Postherpetic Neuralgia based on the diagnostic criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with abnormal spinal anatomy or paravertebral structures indicated by physical or imaging examinations. Patients who have undergone paravertebral treatment or spinal surgery. Patients with drug allergies used in this study; Combined systemic diseases, such as systemic infections, tumors, hematological disorders, severe heart, lung, liver, kidney dysfunction, coagulation disorders, etc; Individuals with skin damage or local infection at the puncture site; claustrophobia Patients (including accompanying family members) who have installed or carried the following items and devices in their bodies, including: pacemakers, defibrillators, heart stents, artificial heart valves, metal clips after aneurysm surgery, drug infusion devices implanted in the body, any electronic devices implanted in the body, divine meridian stimulators, bone growth stimulators, any other type of biological stimulators, endovascular embolization coils, filters, inferior vena cava filters Electrocardiogram monitoring devices, metal sutures, presence of bullets, fragments or iron particles in the body, fixation of steel plates, screws, screws, artificial limbs or joints, penile prostheses, hearing aids, cochlear implants, middle ear implants, intraocular metal foreign bodies, artificial eyes, removable dentures, dental braces, and implants in the head and face after fracture surgery. Patients who are unable to cooperate with the examination. Patients who are unable to undergo nerve block or magnetic resonance imaging due to combined psychological and psychological factors or other reasons
