The main syndrome: the penis is not strong, not healed for a long time, or take tonic instead; Secondary syndrome: accompanied by mental depression, perineal distension, testicular tingling or lower abdominal pain, rough and moisturized skin; Most of them had a history of arteriosclerosis, diabetes or pudendal trauma and pelvic surgery. Tongue pulse: dark, edge with petechiae or ecchymosis, pulse heavy astringent or stringy; Syndrome determination showed that two main symptoms were necessary, and those with more than one secondary symptom could be diagnosed by referring to tongue pulse.
