Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study I: A combination of low - and moderate-dose rESWT for the treatment of mild-to-moderate arterial ED in young adults 1 Inclusion and exclusion criteria 1.1 Inclusion Criteria ? Age: 20-40 years old; ? Diagnosis: the penis cannot achieve or maintain sufficient erection to obtain satisfactory sexual life for more than 3 months; ? 5-item International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF-5) score was 8-21; ? Penis Color Duplex Doppler Ultrasound (CDDU) examination: The Peak systolic velocity (PSV) of the corpus cavernosal artery was less than 25 cm/s and the End-Diastolic Velocity (EDV) of the corpus cavernosal artery was less than 3 cm/s. Study II: A combination of low-medium energy rESWT with Chaihu Shugan powder and Taohong Siwu decoction in the treatment of mild to moderate arterial ED with qi and blood stasis in young adults 1 The inclusion and exclusion criteria were the same as study 1, in which the diagnosis of qi and blood stasis syndrome was added as the inclusion criteria. The "13th Five-Year Plan" textbook of general higher education "Andrology of Traditional Chinese Medicine" was combined with the previous research of our team. To establish the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) diagnostic criteria for young patients with arterial ED with qi and blood stasis. The main syndrome: the penis is not strong, not healed for a long time, or take tonic instead; Secondary syndrome: accompanied by mental depression, perineal distension, testicular tingling or lower abdominal pain, rough and moisturized skin; Most of them had a history of arteriosclerosis, diabetes or pudendal trauma and pelvic surgery. Tongue pulse: dark, edge with petechiae or ecchymosis, pulse heavy astringent or stringy; Syndrome determination showed that two main symptoms were necessary, and those with more than one secondary symptom could be diagnosed by referring to tongue pulse.
