60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (i) Age 60-80 years; (ii) Thoracoscopic lung surgery under elective general anesthesia; (iii) ASA classification I-III; (iv) Body mass index (BMI) 18.5-24 kg/m2 ; (v) Normal cognitive function and clear consciousness. ?. Preoperative Hct>30% and Hb>100g/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The MMSE score 1 day before surgery meets the criteria for cognitive impairment (=17 in the illiterate group, =20 in the elementary school group, and =24 in the secondary school or above group. Cognitive deficits are defined as below the cut-off value and above the cut-off value as normal.) ; ? communication disorder unable to perform cognitive function test; ? functional disorders such as vision or hearing; ? coagulation function abnormality; ? combination of serious heart, lung, liver and kidney function disease ? combination of thymic disease, mediastinal tumor and other thoracic diseases, thoracic cavity disease;
