Interventions

Intervention group:The main lights in the ward were turned off after 22 p.m. Provide earplugs and eye masks
Reduce the instrument alarm volume
According to the evaluation results, necessary pain nursing measures were given according to the doctor's advice.
Control group:Only basic care was provided, and lights were turned off for sleep.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age =18 years old; Hearing and visual acuity were normal. Stay in the ICU for at least one night; No delirium occurred. Conscious (GCS score > 14).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unable to understand the items of the scale; Patients with previous sleep disorders; Patients with craniocerebral injury and neurological diseases; Patients in infectious or protective isolation; Patients who were withdrawn from resuscitation or received hospice care; Patients who developed delirium
