Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All infants undergoing open heart surgery at West China Hospital of Sichuan University between 2023.9 and 2025.9

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) open heart surgery; (2) preoperative upper airway obstruction; (3) preoperative significant airway deformity; (4) patients with delayed closure of the chest; (5) preoperative mechanical ventilation support
