Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1, patients undergoing laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy ; 2, informed consent, voluntary participants in this experiment ; 3, ASA grade II-III ; 4,35kg / m2 = BMI = 50kg / m2 ; 5, aged 18-65 years, with normal communication.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1, acupoint injection contraindications ( very weak constitution, frequent history of fainting, severe local skin infection of acupoint injection, etc. ) ; 2, allergic to anisodamine ; 3, with a history of upper abdominal surgery ; 4, patients with central nervous system or mental illness and preoperative use of mental related drugs ; 5, patients with severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction ; 6, refused to sign the informed consent ; 7, while participating in other experimenters.
