Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for lumbar disc herniation; 2. Any gender, age =18 years old and =70 years old, clear mind, fluent language; 3. Patients with no surgical indications and no systematic treatment within one month; 4. Volunteer to participate in the experiment and sign the informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with lumbar surgery, trauma, tumor, tuberculosis, etc., or patients with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver and kidney and other serious life-threatening primary diseases and mental patients; 2. Lumbar and leg pain caused by other causes (such as piriformis syndrome, congenital spinal stenosis, lumbar sacralization, etc.); 3. Allergic to needles or medical disinfectants; 4. There are lumps and infected persons on the skin at the surgical site; 5. Pregnant or lactating female patients.
