Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Emergency endovascular intervention for patients with cerebral vascular occlusion; (2) Gender is not limited; (3) Age> 18 years old; (4) BMI less than 35kg/m2; (5) The patient or family member signs the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Allergies to local anesthetic drugs; (2) ASA greater than level III or comatose (3) coagulation dysfunction; (4) Trauma and local infection in the nerve block area; (5) Changes in the anatomical structure of the neck (caused by radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or surgery); (6) Patients who had undergone intubation and mechanical ventilation before inclusion in the study; (7) Having cerebral hemorrhage related to ischemic stroke; (8) Known to be allergic to any medication or any excipient used for anesthesia; (9) Pregnant or lactating women (10) Uncontrolled hypotension or life-threatening comorbidities (11) Contraindications for use in conscious sedation patients
