Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =60 years old 2. Traumatic fracture (Surgical treatment) 3. Single fracture 4. Clear mind, with certain communication skills, able to clearly express their feelings and needs 5. Patients gave informed consent and voluntarily participated in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathological fracture and open fracture 2. Multiple injuries 3. Consciousness disorders, mental disorders, communication disorders 4. Have a serious underlying disease or serious complications
