Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-25 years old; (2) unilateral PFPS; (3) Be able to cooperate with rehabilitation training and the operation of the experiment; (4) Visual Analogue Scale for pain (VAS) score > 3; (5) Running and jumping related sports athletes and training rules; (6) National second-level athletes and above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Hip or lumbar problems, lower extremity surgery, patellar dislocation or subluxation, meniscal and ligament, tendon injury, knee cartilage lesions, secondary knee osteoarthritis or structural deformities of the spine or lower limbs; (2) Suffering from neurological or metabolic diseases accompanied by balance disorders, such as cervicogenic vertigo, otogenic vertigo, etc.; (3) Received PFPS-related physical therapy or rehabilitation training within the past three months; (4) Analgesics were used in the last 72 hours before the test.
