Interventions

cognitive group:Cognitive behavioral therapy includes stimulus control therapy, sleep restriction therapy, cognitive therapy, sleep hygiene education and relaxation training.
Point-and-shoot needle set:Basic treatment: cognitive-behavioral therapy. Acupuncture: Acupuncture points take Anmian, a line next to the forehead, Shenmen, Sanyinjiao, Taichong.

20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic insomnia in the International Classification of Sleep Disorders, Third Edition (ICSD-3); ? 8 = ISI scale score = 21. ? Age =20 and =45; no gender requirement; ? Those who have no abnormalities in blood and urine routine laboratory tests and liver and kidney functions; ? Right-handedness. ? Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Work-related reasons affecting circadian rhythms. ? severe pain, enough to cause sleep disorders or diseases that may cause insomnia; and ? serious or systemic diseases (endocrine system diseases, motor system diseases, autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases, diabetes and other metabolic diseases) affecting sleep; and ?History of metal, head surgery, implantation of any metal or other contraindications to functional magnetic resonance; and ? Those whose speech and mobility are insufficient for self-puncturing needle stimulation therapy; ? Those whose speech and mobility are insufficient for self-puncturing needle stimulation therapy; and (vi) Those with major depressive disorder, anxiety disorder or ISI scale scores 21; panic disorder or other psychiatric disorders, alcohol or caffeine addiction; (vii) Those who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant; (viii) Those who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant.
