Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of the 2022 Global Initiative Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease (GOLD) guidelines. • 2. Age between 40 and 90, regardless of gender • 3. Patients who are able to complete lung function tests and related symptom assessment questionnaires • 4. Must be able to cooperate with patients using inhaled drugs • 5. Did not participate in other pulmonary rehabilitation programs within the first six months of enrollment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • 1. Complicated with other respiratory diseases (severe pneumothorax, severe pleural effusion, pulmonary embolism). • 2. Severe primary disease associated with other major organs or systems. Cancer (untreated tumors or tumors that require treatment in the first two years). Unexplained fever, unstable cardiovascular disease (arrhythmias (atrial flutter and fibrillation, frequent ventricular tachycardia, atrioventricular block) ischemic heart disease, myocardial infarction within the previous 6 months), uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure =160 mmHg, Diastolic blood pressure =90 mmHg)(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa), severe pulmonary hypertension, or accompanied by organ failure. 3. Assessment and completion of concomitant musculoskeletal disorders, neurological disorders, rheumatic connective tissue disorders, systemic hematological disorders affecting recovery (presence of lumbar, back and/or limb dysfunction or post-operative status, severe arthritis, or severe peripheral vascular disease, etc.). • 4. Mental or cognitive impairment. • 5. History of lung surgery in the last three months. • 6. Allergies to inhaled medications. • 7. Previous history of syncope after exercise or contraindications. • 8. No history of acute exacerbations in the past 4 weeks
