1064nm Q-switched Nd: YAD laser:Q-switched laser (Spectra, Korea), wavelength 1064nm, 6-8mm spot size, 1.2-1.6J/cm2, and the end reaction was mild skin erythema.
532nm Q-switched Nd: YAD laser:Q-switched laser (Spectra, Korea), wavelength 532nm, 6-8mm spot size, 0.1-0.15J/cm2, and the end reaction was mild skin erythema.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: According to the "Chinese Expert Consensus on the Treatment of melasma (2021)", patients with facial melasma diagnosed based on medical history and typical clinical manifestations, aged = 18 years and <75 years, who could understand and voluntarily sign written informed consent, and could complete treatment and follow-up as required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy, lactation, or any hormone therapy; photosensitive medication within 3 months before the study; topical corticosteroid use within 1 month before the study; treatment for melasma (including topical hydroquinone, retinoic acid, kojic acid, azelaic acid, oral tranexamic acid, topical laser or intense pulsed light therapy) within 1 month before the study; excessive photosensitivity to normal sunlight; connective tissue disease, thyroid dysfunction, anxiety and depression.
