Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing laparoscopic radical surgery for colorectal cancer and gastric cancer under general anesthesia, and anesthesia grade I-III (2) Age over 18 years old, regardless of gender (3) Informed consent of the patient and family (4) Preoperative cognitive function intact, no communication impairment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with a history of cranial surgery (2) Patients with a history of antibiotic abuse (3) Patients with severe mental illness who cannot cooperate in completing the assessment (4) Refusal or failure to complete the entire study (5) Preoperative and postoperative depressed
