Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1). Aged >= 18 years; 2). ASA grade I-III; 3). Patients undergoing elective breast cancer surgery;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1). Reoperation after recurrence; 2). Cognitive impairment or difficulty in communication; 3). Severe circulatory andrespiratory diseases such as severe coronary heart disease and COPD; 4). Endocrine diseases such as pituitary adenomas, severe diabetes, cortisol syndrome, pheochromocytoma, etc.; 5). Mental and psychological diseases: such as schizophrenia, history of chronic analgesics, alcoholism, opioid dependence; 6). Patient refused to participate in this study; 7). Allergy to esketamine; 8). Body mass index > 30 kg/m2.
