18 Years to 55 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) all patients aged 18-55 years, including male or female 2) primary school education or above; to understand and fill out assessment scales and understand test procedures; 3) all patients with depressive episode have met the diagnosis of BD or MDD according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorder-5 Edition criteria (DSM-5) 4) HAMD-17 Scale score > 17 points; Score of SHAPS scale > 3 points; 5) informed consent were confirmed
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) the physical diseases 2) any symptoms comorbid of alcohol or drug abuse 3) some severe psychiatric diseases including SCZ, mental retardation 4) The researcher believes that it is not suitable to be included in this study due to severe or unstable physical diseases; 5) patients who received other physical treatment such as modified electroconvulsive therapy (MECT) and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS), as well as formal psychotherapy prior to enrollment. 6) sucidal attempt or behavior
