Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?Age =18 years old; ?Acute ischemic stroke with large artery occlusion (Internal carotid artery, middle cerebral artery M1/M2 segment, anterior cerebral artery A1 segment, vertebrobasilar artery, posterior cerebral artery P1 segment) within 24 hours; ?Baseline NIHSS score =5; ?Baseline mRS =2; ?Sign the informed consent by the patient himself or legal representative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Clinical exclusion criteria: ?Patients with active bleeding, hemorrhagic cerebrovascular history or abnormal coagulation function; ?Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney and other organ dysfunction; ?The presence of epilepsy, mental illness and other medical history and affect the assessment of the disease; ?The expected survival time of patients with end-stage diseases is less than one year; ?Severe allergy to contrast agent; ?Patients lose follow-up data or incomplete follow-up. Imaging exclusion criteria: ?Baseline head CT suggested intracranial hemorrhage, craniocerebral trauma or other intracranial diseases; ?Patients with both anterior and posterior circulatory vessel occlusion shown in baseline cranial CTA; ?The image quality can not meet the need of diagnosis.
