Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: hand motor function impairment after stroke for three years, (1) No contraindications for MRI scanning, no history of head injury or serious heart disease; (2) Hemiplegia with unilateral hemisphere injury; (3) Agree to receive rTMS treatment on the basis of routine treatment, and pass TMS safety screening. Have no previous history of epilepsy or other neurological and psychiatric diseases, and no other motor system diseases; (4) no disturbance of consciousness; (5) Can cooperate in completing scale evaluation, MRI scanning, and TMS treatment; (6) not taken any medication with muscle relaxation effect recently.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe complications (including renal and liver insufficiency, myocardial infarction, heart failure, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe infection, mental disorders and dementia, epilepsy, osteoarthropathy, etc.); 2. Have obvious consciousness or mental abnormality; 3. Claustrophobic; 4. Patients with cardiac pacemakers installed in their bodies; 5. Can't cooperate; 6. Pregnant patients.
