Healthy side cTBS intervention group:CTBS intervention on the healthy side M1 area
Bilateral stimulation group:After cTBS intervention on the healthy side M1 area, iTBS intervention on the affected side M1 area immediately

30 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patients with the first and unilateral hemisphere stroke in line with the major stroke diagnosis points in China 2019 (Chinese Society of Neurology, 2019); 2. Patients with motor dysfunction. 3. Consciousness and stable vital signs; 4. The course of disease is more than 1 month; 5. Aged 30~70 years; 6. The patient or authorized the client to sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Other central nervous system diseases; 2. Persons with obvious disturbance of consciousness or mental disorder; 3. People who are claustrophobic; 4. The body is installed with a pacemaker; 5. Who cannot cooperate; 6. Women in pregnancy.
