18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years old; 2. Patients with tracheotomy or tracheal intubation; 3. CT/ chest X-ray suggests pulmonary infection, atelectasis, mucus plug, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Undrained pneumothorax or pleural effusion; 2. Acute pulmonary edema; 3. Severe bronchospasm; 4. Pulmonary bulla; 5. Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS); 6. Tumors or lung tumors that block the airway; 7. Bronchopleural fistula; 8, hemoptysis, coagulation disorders; 9. Hemodynamic instability (MAP 20mmHg.
