Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age >= 40 years and gender unlimited; ? Provide stool, blood and urine samples; ?No medications or nutritional supplements affecting the microflora of the gastrointestinal tract, such as antibiotics, probiotics, etc., have been taken within 3 weeks; ? Sign the informed consent form; ? At least one of the liver function indicators, lipid-based indicators, indicators such as myocardial injury, thyroid function test, sex hormone test, tumor marker test, rheumatoid indicators, bone metabolism indicators, and immune biochemical indicators is out of the healthy range.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Suffering from various acute and chronic infections and other immunologic diseases, such as end-stage renal disease, liver failure, heart failure, respiratory failure; ? Endocrine diseases, such as abnormal thyroid function, Cushing's syndrome, abnormal pituitary function; ? Probiotic preparations used within 1 month before the experiment or history of diarrhea or gastroenteritis within 2 weeks; ?Pregnancy; ? A history of long-term alcohol consumption, i.e., drinking for more than 5 years, or ethanol amount > 140 g/week for men and > 70 g/week for women.
