65 Years to 84 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age >= 65 years; 2) Physical status I-III of the American Society of Anesthesiologists ; 3) Body mass index (BMI) 15-28 kg/m2; 4) planned abdominal surgery under total intravenous anesthesia 5) Clinical Frailty Scale for Frailty Group (CFS>=4)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) known allergy to eggs, soy products, or test drugs (propofol, ciprofol, remifentanil, cis-atracurium, neostigmine, atropine); 2) History of central nervous system disease; 3) Patients with severe hypertension, diabetes mellitus or hepatic or renal dysfunction, heart failure; 4) Difficult airway; 5) significant respiratory circulatory dysfunction; 6) refusal to sign the informed consent form;
