Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pulmonary function test within 6 months, in line with the GOLD diagnostic criteria for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease: FEV1/FVC<0.7 after inhalation of bronchodilators 2. The main diagnosis of admission is "chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation"

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Left heart failure; 2. Unstable angina; 3. Myocardial infarction; 4. Lung cancer; 5. Bronchiectasis; 6. Tuberculosis; 7. Thoracic deformity; 8. Neuromuscular diseases; 9. Artificial airway; 10. Need mechanical ventilation; 11. Judging by other researchers that the six-minute walk test cannot be completed
